How do I book a ground?
Open a ground's details, pick a date, an available time slot, and the duration you need, then pay the advance amount shown to confirm your booking instantly.
How much do I pay upfront?
You pay a small advance — typically 20% of the total booking amount — online through Razorpay to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is paid directly to the ground owner at the venue.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — you can cancel any confirmed booking before its start time from My Bookings. This frees the slot, but the advance paid isn't automatically refunded; refund requests are reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay — BookMyGround never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank details.
How does Refer & Earn work?
Enter a friend's referral code when you sign up. Once your friend completes their first successful booking, reward eligibility is credited automatically to both of you.
I own a ground — how do I list it?
Download the Owner App and create an account. Add your ground's details, pricing, and photos, and submit it for review — our team verifies every listing before it goes live to customers.
